If we have certain preferences for our design, how will your team work with us?

When working with a client on preferences, we like to hear all of the ideas and do a rough sketch to capture the idea and image. With our in-house design, we will do a sketch to help build out actual costs before fully engaging an architect if necessary. Doing a rough layout and design before engaging an architect saves on overall costs for our clients. For example, we recently did a rough sketch for a homeowner, converting their father's home he built, by incorporating their designs to visually meet their expectations. When our architect presented the final plans, it knocked the vision they had out of the park and we quickly moved to price out the project for them, meeting their expectations on the first try. Choosing a builder who is also a design professional is key when creating your custom space.
