Our Kitchen Remodeling Process for Kirtland Residents

Initial Kitchen Consult & Budgeting
During this stage, our team will meet you onsite and preliminary kitchen design plans will be done. We'll discuss budgetary constraints and help guide selections to make any-sized dream possible at the budget you've set for the project. We'll review custom options, material selections, and more.

Custom Kitchen Design & Planning
During this part of the process, we've agreed on a budget and are moving forward to a design phase. You'll meet with one of our local custom kitchen designers to make adjustments and discuss finishes. We'll be sure that every detail of the project is perfected. Be sure to meet with our partners as well to pick out your countertops at their showrooms, with special pricing offered to our clients.

Kitchen Construction Phase
We'll bring our team of experts in to begin demolition and installation of your custom kitchen. Cleanliness is a priority and dust control measures are used to minimize the impact you have while we are putting together your new space. Specific measures are done to minimize the impact of having your home be an active worksite. We know how important this part of the process is!

Completed Custom Kitchen
Be ready to entertain in your new renovated kitchen! We'll be sure every detail is covered so you can focus on entertaining friends and family while you highlight the centerpiece of your home!

We work with kitchen remodeling and renovation clients all over Northeast Ohio, and we truly mean that. We are with you every step of the way, from our initial discussions all the way through to the project's completion. After we've agreed on the proposal and it's signed, we get down to business, going over everything from the kitchen colors and the cabinet designs to all of the appliances and fixtures, sending you to our suppliers to pick out your sinks, faucets, fixtures, lighting, flooring, etc.​​

Once everything has been selected, the production phase begins. This is truly a well-orchestrated process, with plumbers, electricians, and our other contractors coming and going. To ensure everything is always running smoothly, we'll always have a project manager onsite. Maybe most importantly, we'll only be working during regular work hours, disrupting your life as little as possible (we'll even make an auxiliary kitchen for you in the meantime).
