About Us

aboutuspic002

Marks Building Company began as KMHI, Inc in 1989.  We began as a small, residential service company, offering small scale remodeling. In 1996, as our services and demand grew the company name was changed to Marks Building Company.  Today, we offer complete home remodeling services, new home design/build, and commercial services.

In 2012, we completed our two story office/shop in Painesville Township.  Our new offices offer a convenient meeting place for client consultations and design.  The reception room and offices highlight different interior accent options and product samples.

We strive to hire only the best building professionals in the industry.  One of our professionals will be assigned to your project and devote full attention to completing your job.  All of our employees and subcontractors are screened and endure a thourough background investigation.  As of 2013, we have banned smoking from our jobsites, to promote a healthier environment for both clients and employees.

Our employees treat your home and property as they would their own.  We cleanup on a daily basis and make all efforts to keep dust and debris contained in the work area.  New home construction sites will be cleaned regularly and kept orderly.
